Refunds are NOT given for digital downloads.
If you have not received your digital download after 48 hours of purchase, please email bownessiewindermere@gmail.com with your purchase receipt and we will be able to check payment has been processed on your order and get the download emailed to you.
Please note: All digital downloads will be emailed to the address used during purchase. Please check your spam/junk folders before getting in touch.
